DWTS Gets a New Host!

Well it was awkward, to say the least, when Brooke Burke-Charvet was let go as co-host of Dancing With The Stars.


Apparently that news came as a shock to her as much as it did to us!   Producers have quickly moved on though, and replaced Brooke with a face quite familiar to the DWTS fam:  Erin Andrews!


Considering last season's finale brought in the lowest ratings to date for DWTS, I'm thinking producers are hoping that Erin will help boost viewership by bringing in a new crew of fans.

I'm excited to watch and see how things work out with the switch-up.  This definitely won't be a Khloe Kardashian/XFactor type of situation, that's for sure.   Erin has a ton of live TV experience PLUS she actually competed on the show back in 2010.

So, mark your calendars if you haven't already - March 17th is the Season Premiere of Dancing With The Stars.  As far as WHO will be competing this season...  we'll have to wait a lil bit to find out.  The cast reveal will be taking place LIVE on Good Morning America March 4th.
